ORDER CANCELLATION
You cannot cancel an order after payment has been made.
To give you more satisfaction when shopping at MalindaFurniture.com, we have a 100% full exchange policy if there is damage during delivery by Malinda. We will issue a store coupon as a deposit of the value of the item you decide to exchange.
Please note that the conditions below are not eligible for exchange:
• Products described as "Made to Order",
• Customized items,
• Items marked as "Last Piece Sale", "Final Markdown" or any form of Clearance Sale,
• Studio Display set (“As Is”)
• All Mattresses
Items that cannot be exchanged include:
Pillows, Bolsters, Pillowcases & Inserts, Bed Covers, Towels, Rugs, Mats, Bathroom Accessories.
Return shipping costs due to full exchange will be charged to the customer.
SYARAT PENGEMBALIAN
We accept returns if the item you receive is damaged/defective as a result of Malinda's mistake. Products that are returned must be with the Barcode tag still attached as before. We do not accept returns for products that have been repaired or repaired by the customer. If you want to return the product you purchased, you can easily send your request to contact us along with a photo of the damaged/defective item and your order number. We must receive your request within no later than 3 (three) days after your item is received. And the item must be sent back to our store within a maximum of 7 (days) after your request for return of goods has been approved.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We will process returns and send back replacement items with the same model within 14(days)-21(days) from when the item leaves our warehouse.
In the event that a similar item is no longer available, we allow you to exchange it for another item by issuing a shop coupon.
REFUND TERMS
If you decide to open a purchase, you will be charged a restock fee of 25% of your purchase for the returned item. So the Refund value is the price of the item you purchased minus the cost of restocking.
Refunds will be made max. 14 (Fourteen) working days after contacting your funds is approved. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
